• People (or animals) with pacemaker or any other electrical implants.

RETURNS FOR REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

    During the first 30 days:

• The returned item can in any condition for refund or exchange.
• ATL will not refund your return postage costs.

    After the first 30 days:

• The returned item must be new & un-used, and with a copy of the original invoice.
• ATL will not refund your return postage costs.

RETURNS FOR RESIZING:

• There is no time limit for re-sizing bracelets.
• Resizing is subject to the available lengths as specified in each product page.
• ATL will resize UK orders and send it back FREE of any charge once.
• Resizing UK orders after the first free resizing will be charged. Current charge is £10.00.
• Resizing international orders will be charged. Current charge is £15.00.
• Requests for additional length beyond lengths already available in the product details will be charge at a flat rate of £5.00 per link.
• ATL will not refund your return postage costs.

IF ATL MADE A MISTAKE:

If ATL delivered a wrong item or the item arrived faulty, the customer should contact ATL to inform of the problem within 7 days of receiving the item. ATL will send the correct item with a Pre-Paid envelope to post the wrong or faulty item back.

• Prices in this website are in British Pounds. Prices in other currencies are approximated and prices when paying with other currencies may be different as the customer's card issuer may be using a different exchange rate.
   
• Prices includes VAT. The website do not offer a VAT invoices as standard. VAT invoice will be sent with the order if the customer leave a message at the 'Comments' field at the checkout.
   
• Cheques must be in GBP and from a British bank. Postal orders must be from the British Royal Mail. Paying with a cheque may delay shipping by up to 4 weeks from time of receiving the cheque.
   
• ATL reserve the right to refuse service at it's discretion. Refunds will be given if refused order was paid for.

• ATL takes no responsibility for any import or sales tax the user's local customs may impose on purchases.

• Delivery times specified in this website are for general illustration of expected delivery time as given by the Royal Mail and not guaranteed unless UK Special Delivery was chosen as the Shipping Method.
• Delays in Standard posting will be acknowledged as lost in post after 14 days from posting of the order. If so, ATL will post the order again with a Sign For service.
• ATL reserve the right to refuse posting to international unconfirmed addresses if paid by Pay Pal and to international post box addresses.
• If a 'Sign for' order is being sent back to ATL because the postal service could not deliver the parcel for any reason, ATL will charge the following postal charges for re-delivering: UK orders: £5.00. International orders: £10.00.

• Collections are not available.

• This website may contain links to other websites over which ATL has no control. Such links are supplied solely for the convenience of customers. ATL is not responsible for the contents or reliability of the linked websites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed within them or the organisation or persons providing them in any way.

• These terms and conditions are contracted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

• ATL will never sell, rent barter, or share your information or personal details with anyone.
   
• Cards details are being processed by this website's card payment providers. They are not available to ATL at any time. If paying with a card over the phone, ATL will not retain the Security number and the Card number - they are typed into this website's card payment providers' system directly, and are not available to ATL at any time. ATL will retain the last four digits of the card used for identifying orders purpose only. In case of Pay Pal, ATL do not have access to this information.

• ATL do not diagnose medical conditions nor prescribe any medicines or medical devices, and products in this website are not sold as medical devices. The customer must not use them as substitutes for necessary treatment. ATL make no overt or implied claims for cure, treatment or mitigation of any physical condition by magnetic products sold in this website.
